Dr. Parmar
Dr. Rinku Parmar, a product of a diverse upbringing, spent her formative years on an Air Force Base, traversing the globe from India to Australia, Norway, New York, and New Orleans before settling in Southern California. She obtained her D.D.S. degree from VMS School of Dentistry-Salem. She completed her advanced education in Prosthodontics at NYU School of Dentistry in New York. She then completed two years of General Practice Residency (GPR) at the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, focusing on special needs children. She decided to dedicate her field to the specialty of Endodontics. She was awarded her Endodontic Certificate from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans.
Treating patients with compassion and gentle care is Dr. Parmar’s priority. She takes pride in the quality of her treatments and understands that coming to the dentist to have a root canal procedure is not something anyone looks forward to. Relieving patients from pain and discomfort and saving natural teeth are important roles that the specialty of Endodontics can give to patients. She also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Endodontics at Loma Linda School of Dentistry, where she enjoyed working with dental students and residents. Dr. Parmar is a board-eligible candidate for the American Board of Endodontics and a member of the American Association of Endodontists. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking nature walks, and practicing yoga.
